About Monash Haematology Research
Clinical Haematology has a large clinical trials program and is currently involved in over 100 studies, particularly in areas of blood cancer, transfusion and thrombosis. The unit has an excellent reputation and continues to grow, with an outstanding capacity to recruit to trials due to the large Monash Health catchment.
About the Role
The Haematology Research Fellows are responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Clinical Research Unit under the supervision of the Principal Investigators and Clinical Trial Unit manager. The primary focus of these positions is to increase expertise in the management of blood disease and provide comprehensive training in clinical research. Fellows are encouraged to initiate an investigator research project as well as take an active role in education of undergraduate and postgraduate medical trainees and research staff.
