Mental Health Hospital Medical Officer 


Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Hospital Medical Officer with a Mental Health interest to join the team.


The Mental Health Hospital Medical Officer is responsible for assessing, managing and documenting the needs of patients within the allocated area of the Mental Health Program, under the supervision of Senior Registrars and Consultant Psychiatrists.


The successful applicant will:



  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills in appropriate discipline

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Self-directed and enthusiastic and sets high standards of performance for self and others.
