About Victoria's Big Build   Victoria's Big Build (Major Transport Infrastructure Authority – MTIA) was established to oversee the major transport projects in planning and construction to deliver 165 major road and rail projects that will change the way that Victorians work, live and travel.   Projects teams include the Level Crossing Removal Project, Major Road Projects Victoria, North East Link Program, Rail Projects Victoria (Metro Tunnel, Melbourne Airport Rail, Regional Rail Revival) and West Gate Tunnel Project. MTIA works closely with the Department of Transport and Planning to ensure major construction activities and disruptions are coordinated across the network. This includes plans to keep people moving through major work periods. We also work with industry to ensure it has the skilled workers needed to deliver Victoria's massive construction program.

Graduates will be employed at a VPS3 grade with a starting salary of $74,580 + superannuation (effective from December 2023 – as per VPS Enterprise Agreement 2020).

 

About you 

We are seeking recent graduates, representative of Victoria's diverse community to join the 2024 Victoria's Big Build Graduate Programs – so take the opportunity to build both your career and Victoria's infrastructure. 

You will be highly motivated, demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities and are keen to kick start your career.  

To be eligible, you must have completed your degree between January 2021 and January 2024 and have Australian full working rights at the time of application. You must also be compliant with MTIA's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
