The Aboriginal Employment Officer role will work as part of the Diversity and Inclusion team and support the delivery of our Aborginal Employment Plan 2021-24. The key focus of this role will be to contribute to and support our vision of being a culturally safe workplace and an employer of choice for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. This role will also build strong networks both internally and externally to identify opportunities to increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander employment and support career development opportunities.
