About Latrobe Regional Hospital:

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified person to join the Sale and Yarram Community Mental Health Team on a fulltime basis.

This role requires comprehensive assessment, treatment design and appropriate referral of consumers presenting to a multidisciplinary team. The successful incumbent will collaboratively liaise across community agencies and clinical teams, to deliver genuine, person centred care.

 To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold relevant qualifications – Post Graduate Certification in Mental Health


• Current AHPRA registration


• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people


• Proficient computer skills


• Committed to delivery patient centered care and advocating for your patients
