About the role

An opportunity exists at Yarra Ranges Continuing Care Team for a passionate and enthusiastic senior clinician or team leader with sound clinical knowledge, leadership skills and extensive community mental health experience.  You will provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team as well as carrying a part case load.   Eastern health is the largest public health provider in the eastern suburbs, providing a comprehensive range of high quality acute, sub-acute, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care and community health services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Demonstrated leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams


• Highly developed interpersonal skills


• Excellent organisational sklls


• Strong commitment to provision of high quality recovery oriented clinical case management


• Qualifications and registration as required in the position description


• Minimum 10 years experience in a range of mental health settinsg including clinical community mental health
