Administrative Assistant Community Mental Health Traralgon

Latrobe Regional Hospital are looking to appoint a Part Time up to 64 hours per fortnight and Casual Administrative Assistant with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to work in the Latrobe Valley Community Mental Health Team.

Applications are sought from administrative assistants who have good word processing skills, love to work in a dynamic team and are willing to work a rotating roster covering some weekends.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out the full range of tasks required of an Administrative Assistant including:

  • Maintenance of medical records

  • Data entry

  • Reception duties

  • Clerical duties
