A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated and customer focused individual to join the Customer Excellence team, within Medical Imaging Department on a permanent basis. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and outstanding administration support throughout the health service.

Administration Assistant - Medical Imaging

Permanent Part Time – 32 hours per fortnight

Classification: Administration Assistant Grade 1 (HS1A or HS1, depending on experience)

Award: Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications / Experience

1. Qualification and/or experience in Administration desirable.

Specialist Expertise

  1. High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs and other programs utilised by MDHS  departments including iPM.
  2. Demonstrated excellence in phone techniques and etiquette with a customer service focus.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective, efficient and confidential clerical and administrative support, using initiative and flexibility with a high level of attention to detail
  4. Strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills, with experience in multitasking and meeting deadlines. 

Personal Qualities

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  3. Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing dynamics of a busy work environment. 
  4. Great work ethic and positive approach while displaying MDHS values at all times.
