About The Role

Monash Health Bureau are looking for Administration staff to work at our Vaccination Clinics and Drive Throughs Screening Clinics located across the South East area.  There is also the opportunity to work at the entrance of the major hospitals and community departments, screening staff and visitors on their arrival.  You will be provided with training in using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).   With the imminent role out of the COVID19 vaccination, we will be looking for administration staff to assist the Infection Prevention Department with this program.

The major hospitals are:

  • Monash Medical Centre, Clayton

  • Monash Children’s Hospital

  • Dandenong Hospital

  • Casey Hospital

  • Moorabbin Hospital

  • Kingston Centre

The drive through screening clinics are location at:

  • Pakenham

  • Cranbourne

  • Dandenong

The vaccination clinics are located at:

  • Monash Medical Centre Clayton

  • Dandenong Hospital

  • Sandown Raceway

  • Cranbourne Turf Club

  • St John of God Berwick

  • Shannon Mall Frankston Hub

About You

You have a broad administrative background with highly developed organisational skills, a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.  Through your hard working and enthusiastic nature you have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and targets and can manage a high workload.  You have the flexibility to be available at short notice as required and are able to be locked in to shifts over a few months.

What you need:

  • Computer skills

  • Previous Administration experience (preferred)

  • High level communication skills
