About you
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled education support staff to contribute to the success of a high achieving secondary school. The ideal candidate should possess a range of characteristics that will contribute to the success of our students and uphold the school's commitment to excellence in education. Education Support Staff will be responsible for delivering support for the school staff and student learning environment.

The Administration (& First Aid) Officers fulfil an important public relations and customer service function with core areas of responsibility including;
It is important to note that in 2024 Brinbeal Secondary College will open with approximately 160-200 Year 7 students and 15-20 staff.
In the first year of the school's operation the Administration (& First Aid) Officers role is broad and the role will focus on supporting the administration office, keeping in mind the schools small enrolment numbers. In 2024, it is anticipated that the Administration Team will consist of the Business Manager and two Administration (& First Aid) Officers. As the College grows, adding one year level each year, the administration team will continually grow, with new staff recruited and division of administration tasks and support roles.
The Administration (& First Aid) Officers will be flexible, competent, and approachable to all members of the school community. It is expected that they will provide a high level of customer service to the student body, staff and visitors to the College and be competent in the provision of up to date and relevant information. The Administration (& First Aid) Officer is also accountable for maintaining and inputting accurate data for reporting to staff, School Council and Leadership teams. Accurate data recording is important as it reflects in the provision of information and reports to Families, Staff, School Council and the Community.
A professional image is the impact Brinbeal Secondary College is aiming to achieve. Adhering to the College's dress code policy and wearing appropriate business casual will be required in the school office. The College will follow a strict style guide for the development and publication of correspondence, the Administration (& First Aid) Officers will play a key role in supporting the implementation to ensure a consistent presentation of all school documents. It is important the Administration (& First Aid) Officer operates in a consistent, professional, courteous, efficient manner at all times.
The Administration (& First Aid) Officers supports the Administration team and Classroom Teachers with the day-to-day operations of the College.

About our School:
· We're building a new secondary school in Wyndham (which incorporates Tarneit, Truganina, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing etc..). It will open day one of Term 1 in 2024 and help the growing local population get an exceptional education close to home.
· The school is located at 2 Connaught Road, Tarneit, 3029.
· It will be able to enrol up to 1,300 including approximately 100 places for young people with specialist needs, when the first stage of the school is complete.
