About us:



Based at Parkville, we are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated Administrator to join our small friendly team on a permanent part time basis. Offering flexible working arrangements, we are an organisation with strong values, committed to advancing healthcare.



The CAFM maintenance system is a cloud based software named TRIRIGA by IBM Australia. The system is a recently deployed digital integrated workplace management system from which many of our clinical and non-clinical services operate from.  The CAFM Program auspices the system software across the organisation and its satellite services.



The role requires an experienced and capable Administrator with strong, organisational and problem solving skills.  You will demonstrate an aptitude to learn, good initiative, effective listening and customer focused skills.  With an ability to communicate well across all levels of management, you will be a keen learner and have a considerable degree of autonomy and developing capability.



Reporting under the direction of the Application Manager, the position will work closely with the Platform Manager and Program Director with respect to the database environment, associated tables, queries, reports and security profiles.



About you:



  • Strong administrative experience including planning and organisational skills

  • Proven computer literacy competency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and strong Excel skills

  • Proficiency in report writing, drafting presentations and formatting skills

  • Ability to demonstrate good initiative with an aptitude to problem resolution

  • Highly developed listening, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to establish and build constructive working relationships at all levels
