An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer on a fixed term - full time basis in Child Protection, Leongatha.

Child Protection Branches provide child-centred, family-focused services to protect children and young people from significant harm caused by abuse or neglect within the family. Child Protection also aims to make sure that children and young people receive services to deal with the effect of abuse and neglect on their wellbeing and development. Administration Officers provide a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors.  Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role provides wide ranging administrative, secretariat and support functions.

As ideal candidate you will be required to demonstrate:

  2. planning and organisation
  3. written communication
  4. self-management 

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS POLICY

Other requirements for this opportunity include experience and expertise in the use of TRIM and Oracle. Understanding and prior experience with CRIS would be advantageous.
