We’re on the lookout for an energetic, motivated Administration Support Officer for our Home Care Packages team who share our values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

About the Role

This role is being offered on a Full Time, ongoing basis.

As an Administration Support Officer with our Home Care Packages team, you will provide administrative assistance to the Home Care team and will act as a point of contact for Community Health clients, representatives and contractors.

You will be responsible for admin duties to assist with the delivery of coordinated care and timely responses to client issues and concerns. You will carry out a range of supportive tasks including data entry, liasing with external contractors and Moyne Health Services staff, completing staff rostering and client schedules, processing invoices, arranging fleet car bookings and responding to phone enquiries.

 

About You

To be successful in this position, you will require the following:

  • Office Administration qualification or equivalent workplace experience
  • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
  • An attention to detail to enter data and maintain data accuracy within software systems
  • Effective communication, problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Ability to show initiative and take responsibility for tasks
