HS2Fixed Term - Full Time (80hrs per fortnight) with ADO



Parental Leave Replacement


We are seeking a suitably experienced person to join our professional team to provide a high level of administrative duties and support  for the Manager of Sub-Acute Non Admitted Services, and subsequent programs. This fixed term full time position is available immediately until August 2021 and includes working Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will be involved in facilitating a smooth patient flow, liaising with the multidisciplinary team, patients and other team members, ensuring the accurate collection of data and the entry of required data appropriate systems.



Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Ability/initiative to work unsupervised and to prioritise tasks

  • Customer service and person centred skills

  • Highly proficient computer skills and data entry

  • Experience with preparation of data reports


Desirable:



  • Qualifications in Business Administration or working towards

  • Office Administration experience

  • Understanding of medical terminology / completion of medical terminology course

  • Experience with computer systems – iPM, KRONOS, BOSSnet and other hospital software programs \
