(48 hrs per fortnight)



We are seeking an enthusiatic client services assistant to join our professional team to provide support for our case management and carer respites teams. This permanent part time position is available immediately and includes working Monday to Friday, days and hours to be mutually agreed.


The Client Services Assistant provides support to the Community Options (CO) team, assisting with the promotion of CO in the community and supporting the team in delivering high quality client services. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to duty work, client intake and reporting to ensure departmental client / funding / target compliance, working within appropriate industrial legislationand WHCG policies and procedures.



Key Selection Criteria include:



  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent computer and documentation/reporting skills and willingness to learn required IT programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of quality service to consumers.

  • Advanced administration and computer skills

  • Strong organisational skills including effective time management

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
