About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, competent and motivated Administrative Support Officer's to undertake casual shifts within our Hamilton Mental Health Team.

This position is an integral part of the South West Healthcare (SWH) Hamilton Mental Health Team and will add to the overall effectiveness of the workplace. The successful applicant will provide clerical, reception and administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for visiting consumers and carers/families.

What you bring

The successful application will have sound knowledge and experience in a variety of computer skills (Microsoft Office), an ability to work autonomously and prioritise work-loads, and perform daily functions with a substantial level of accountability and responsibility. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise with management and staff as well as a proven ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.

Experience in working with medical records and qualifications within Office Administration (minimum of Certificate 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous but not essential.
