About the role

The Administrative Support Officer is an integral part of the South West Healthcare (SWH) Portland Mental Health Team and overall supports the effectiveness of the workplace. The successful applicant will provide clerical, reception and administrative support to the Team Leader and all clinical staff and be the first point of contact for consumers and carers/families.

A minimum of 12 months experience in office management and clerical duties, as well as excellent professionalism, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills is required. Computer literacy is essential as extensive use of specific software programs and also general Microsoft applications are used.

The position is based in Portland at our pending new modern premises, the role is a permanent full time position.  Part time and job share applicants are encouraged to apply.
