About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) is seeking a customer focused and suitably experienced Administrative Support Officer for an ongoing position with our Supply and Warehouse Department.
This position provides the administrative operations and functions of the department by providing a friendly and welcoming reception to all our internal and external customers.
This is a permanent full time (80 hours per fortnight) position, with a monthly ADO and five weeks annual leave.
What you bring
As an Administrative Support Officer you will have developed experience and skills in administrative office management, effective communication, documentation presentation, and financial systems. You will have a demonstrated ability in taking a proactive approach, utilising your own initiative and working through task reflective of procedures and establish work processes. An ability to deal with the general public, including external organisations and staff in a professional manner and understanding work priorities and meeting deadlines is also essential for the role.
