THE ROLE
This role located within the Agency Performance and System Support team in the Hume Merri-bek Area, North Division has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers. The role is accountable for the management of divisional service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The role is responsible for stakeholder management, contract management, performance monitoring, with a focus on working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations in a culturally safe manner, advancing self-determination and cultural safety.
