We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor to join the growing Electoral Integrity and Regulation Branch in a job share role on an ongoing, part-time basis equivalent to 3 days per week. The branch recently reviewed its structure and new specialised roles have been created to support the important work of the Funding, Disclosure and Parties team. It is a fantastic time to join the branch!
Reporting to the Principal Advisor, Party Registration, the Advisor provides operational support for the management and maintenance of the register of political parties. The Advisor coordinates the processes involved with political parties applying for registration in Victoria and supports the day-to-day relationship management with these significant external stakeholders.
Note that this is a job share role. The successful candidate will work alongside a peer, including at least one cross-over day each week. There are opportunities for the role to scale up to full-time during peak activity periods or leave coverage.
