An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Women’s & Children’s Services for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Paediatric & Neonatal Specialist Clinics. This is a maternity leave cover position ideally commencing from 27th of June until 14th of May, 2023. The ANUM is responsible for providing leadership and direction by being a positive role model and providing support to all staff within the Multi-disciplinary team in clinic. They exhibit outstanding clinical, managerial, interpersonal ability and emotional intelligence. The ANUM in clinic will also be responsible for building and maintaining the Behavioural and Developmental Portfolio within our clinic. As part of this role there is also an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to be involved in a supported ANUM development program currently being piloted by the Women’s and Children’s Division. Our ideal candidates have:

• Experience as Clinical Nurse Specialist or Associate Nurse Unit Manager in a healthcare setting


• Experience within an outpatient setting or similar


• Critical thinking abilities, prioritisation and communication skills, whilst effectively following directions


• Excellent clinical and person-centred leadership


• Recent experience within an outpatient setting or similar


• Demonstrate excellent clinical and organisation skills


• Most importantly, a commitment to high quality, safe and person centred patient care.
