An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Women’s & Children’s Services for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Paediatric & Neonatal Specialist Clinics. This is a maternity leave cover position ideally commencing from 27th of June until 14th of May, 2023. The ANUM is responsible for providing leadership and direction by being a positive role model and providing support to all staff within the Multi-disciplinary team in clinic. They exhibit outstanding clinical, managerial, interpersonal ability and emotional intelligence. The ANUM in clinic will also be responsible for building and maintaining the Behavioural and Developmental Portfolio within our clinic. As part of this role there is also an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to be involved in a supported ANUM development program currently being piloted by the Women’s and Children’s Division.
