THE ROLE

The Asset Management Data Model Transformation Lead, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's Asset Management Model Strategy and Delivery. 

This role will suit an experienced Asset Management practitioner who has been involved in facilities, transport or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating effective asset and work management data structures and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.

You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  1. Work with the AM Branch and Maintenance Delivery Transformation team to deliver a new Asset Management Data Model into the AM Branch that meets the future needs of the department in both day-to-day FM delivery but also the longer-term asset planning needs.
  2. Lead a detailed review of the current asset management data landscape with the HV (Homes Victoria) Branch to create a clear set of requirements/standards for the model.  This work needs to take into account but is not limited to transactional workflow data, timestamping, master data needs, reporting data, decision making data, asset data.  This review should include an appropriate level of process mapping of both current state and future state.
  3. Support the Asset Lifecycle Planning Team to ensure HV AMAF (Asset Management Accountability Framework) related documents to reflect the model.
