About the Transition Support Unit (TSU):
The Transition Support Unit (TSU) is a purpose-built 10 bed facility for persons with a mental illness and cognitive or intellectual disability requiring medium/long-term (1-3 years) supported residential rehabilitation. It provides “step-up” clinical support for consumers from the community, and “step-down” clinical support for consumers from a Secure Extended Care , or an Acute Psychiatric Unit.
About the role:
The RPN3 Associate Nurse Unit Manager is a recognised clinical leader within the TSU Nursing Team, who works closely with the NUM and medical leads, to ensure the provision of high quality, recovery orientated care, and foster a positive team culture.
