About the role

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Managers to join our Theatre team, where you’ll be responsible for providing and coordinating all aspects of quality patient care while supporting your team members as a coach, mentor and leader in a speciality area. There are a range of permanent full time and part time roles available to meet your work and lifestyle preferences.

We are always on the lookout for passionate and motivated RN's who are interested in a leadership role and career in perioperative nursing. Our multicultural team comes from all walks of life, bringing an array of theatre nursing skills and experiences gained from working across small and large theatre teams within Australia and internationally - this is what makes us such a great team!

  • Current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification in Perioperative nursing
  • Postgraduate Perioperative nursing experience
  • Expert clinical leadership experience, skills & knowledge
  • Great communication, organisational & time management skills
