About the role

South West Healthcare's Maternity Unit is excited to invite skilled and experienced Registered Midwives to apply for a fixed-term parental leave cover role as Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM).

As the ANUM, you'll collaborate closely with our Maternity Unit Manager to uphold clinical excellence, ensure high level patient care, manage resources strategically, and lead our dedicated team. This role also offers the chance to step in as the Maternity Unit Manager when needed, providing a valuable leadership opportunity.

Position Overview:

  • Fixed term, part time position (40 hours per fortnight) until August 2025.
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Associate Nurse Unit Manger Year 1 or Year 2
  • Salary: $106,834 - $110,432.40 per annum, pro rata + super and applicable penalties
