The Associate Nurse Unit Managers in our Emergency Department are responsible for providing leadership and direction by being a positive role model and providing mentorship to less experienced nurses. They exhibit outstanding clinical, managerial, interpersonal ability and emotional intelligence.
The Nursing team is supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Instructors who provide clinical education and supervision in this unit seven days a week.
