The Gretta Volum Centre operates Monday to Friday and is a day surgery unit within University Hospital Geelong. It has two operating theatres and one endoscopy procedure room. Services are provided to patients undergoing a broad range of surgical and diagnostic procedures with specialties including, paediatric surgery, ophthalmology, general surgery, ECT, plastic surgery, urology, lithotripsy, ENT, endoscopy, pain management, cardio version and dental.
As Assosicate Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the ward and ensuring the care delivered is safe and patient centred. As the successful applicant you will possess sound clinical knowledge and excellent communication and leadership skills.
