Role Description
Graduates will provide administrative and coordination support to the Community Work and Partnerships (CWP) team, organising and maintaining files and electronic records management systems in line with departmental policies and procedures. Graduates may instruct offenders in completing community work tasks and monitor offender attendance at programs. Graduates will provide support to the CWP team in undertaking projects within the business unit and will be involved in the preparation and organisation of business unit meetings and other events. Graduates will also provide support around general ad-hoc tasks that arise, which may include preparing basic documents.
