Position Title

Senior Customer Service Officer 

Role Description

The first 12 months of this role would rotate 6 months in a Customer service Centre and 6 months in a Contact centre.

Deliver registration and licensing services around the needs of our customers in a dynamic environment, over the counter, face to face, by telephone and in writing, in accordance with established policies and procedures, work instructions and guidelines, in a professional, timely and courteous manner.

Existing Skills

• Exercise judgement in organising own work to perform a variety of tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Exercise judgement to provide a range of options to customers to resolve enquiries at initial contact.
• Contribute to innovation/continuous improvement.
• Participate effectively as a member of a team.
• Conduct and/or provide information on licence tests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Inspect and/or provide information on high risk vehicles in accordance with established policies and procedures.
