What You Will Be Doing

This role is responsible for ensuring Peninsula Health’s departments are equipped with staff with the right skills to meet the needs of our consumers. This involves ensuring vacant shifts are filled in a timely and effective manner in regards to skill mix, labour costs and service needs. In addition, this role holds a key responsibility for the engagement and communication with Bank, Pool and Agency stakeholders.

We operate 7 days a week, between the hours of 0530 - 2230.
You will be required to work a variety of AM & PM shifts over a seven day rotating roster.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Experience in a staff allocation role, preferably in healthcare
• Experience using an online rostering system
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day rotating roster
