Service Victoria is an administrative office within the Department of Premier & Cabinet and is charged with simplifying, improving and modernising essential government transactions and delivering customer service.

Service Victoria is now focused on building the future organisation and the appropriate structure and capability to maintain, support and expand its digital services.

Service Victoria is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide leadership and guidance to cross functional agency and project teams to elicit, define and document current state requirements. You will undertake complex independent analysis to identify, evaluate and quantify issues as well as providing expertise to reform services. 

The role is based in our modern offices in Footscray, however will be relocating to Ballarat in mid 2020.
