DPC are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to work within the WoVG Common Corporate Platforms (CCP) Program team to deliver advice, analysis and research on diverse and challenging business needs covering people, process, policy and technology.

CCP sits within the Digital Strategy and Transformation (DST) branch. DST is responsible for providing digital policy thought leadership across the whole of Victorian government (WoVG).

DST values key digital skills such as agile methods of working and delivery, business analysis and modelling, digital perspective including an understanding of the digital ecosystem, advances in technology and how these impact on a government context, stakeholder relationship management, and service design and a user focus. 

Working closely with teams across the Victorian government, the Business Analyst will work with business stakeholders and program team members to map, analyse and document business processes, policies and existing systems.

You will be responsible for developing documentation such as business cases, investment proposals, benefits realisation plans and business requirements and provide input to a range of other project deliverables.

Lastly, the Business Analyst will be required to work flexibly across the branch and embrace digital technology, therefore we are looking for candidates that demonstrate transferable skills and a broad depth of knowledge across digital transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a system testing environment 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
