BUSINESS ANALYST, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • $98,396 p.a. - $108,724 p.a. (plus superannuation)

  • Full Time, fixed Term for two years

Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Experience, this position will assist in the establishment of a Customer Services Division of excellence. Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria is seeking an experienced Business Analyst capable of reviewing the existing customer experience with CPVV and making/implementing recommendations for improvement.  

The Business Process Analyst will assist in the design of a Customer Experience strategy by optimising internal business processes and resources to improve efficiency. Working closely with the Senior Manager Customer Experience, the position will be responsible for mapping business systems and processes to ensure best practice is achieved and service delivery goes beyond expectation.
