Cardiac Rehabiliation Nurse

Latrobe Regional Hospital are looking for a an experience Registered Nurse to join our sub-acute ambulatory care department (SACS) on a fixed term, part-time basis (48 hours/fortnight).

In this position you'll be responsible for;

  • Coordinating cardiac rehabilitation referrals to LRH
  • Conducting cardiac assessments
  • Running the cardiac rehabilitation program

You may already have experience in a similar role or could be looking for the next step in your career – either way you’ll be well supported by our team and a range of staff well-being activities.

 Our ideal candidate will have :

  • Registered Nurse qualifications and registration
  • Extensive cardiac nursing experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
