We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who we will support to grow and develop to provide high quality assessment, intensive case management services and assertive outreach support to people experiencing mental ill health utilising a recovery-oriented model of care.
MMSTS offers community recovery orientated services, consultation, assessment and treatment and support to people with experiencing mental ill health, their carers and families, between the ages of 16 and 64 who live in the Municipalities of Maroondah, Knox and Yarra Ranges seven days per week.
MMSTS is co-located with the Murnong, Yarra Ranges Continuing Care Teams, Maroondah Psychiatric Assessment Recovery Centre (PARC), Brief Intervention Team (BIT), Maroondah Community Care Units, at the Murnong Clinic in Ringwood East.
