Opportunity available for a Grade 3 Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Grade 2 Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist

About the Role


An opportunity exists with the Yarra Ranges Continuing Care Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.   The position is initially based within the Yarra Ranges continuing care team until January 2023.  At that time the successful person will be transferred within the mental health program at the same grade level.



About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess:



  • Degree in OT, SW, Nursing, or clinical psychology

  • Mental Health Experience

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Strong commitment to high quality recovery based case management
