Western Health has an exciting opportunity for suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join the Bed Coordinator team in a Casual Position.

As part of the After Hours Leadership team you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of the hospital site, services and resources after hours, weekends and public holidays.  You will act as an organisational resource and the site incident commander for critical incidents.

To be successful, you will need to have a proven track record of effective leadership and management in large complex health services and passion and commitment for the delivery of high quality, safe patient centred care.

To be successful in the role you will:
