We have an exciting opportunity available for a Change and Stakeholder Engagement Lead in the Service Victoria Branch.

Service Victoria is an Administrative Office within the Department of Premier & Cabinet charged with simplifying, improving and modernising essential government transactions and delivering customer service. 

We are working hard to deliver a customer service system around what Victorians want and need, rather than what works for government. We know people want easier access to government transactions, including online options.

This role will have a focus on driving change and engaging stakeholders throughout the full change process.  As the Change and Stakeholder Engagement Lead you will work across the Victorian government to identify opportunities for transactions to form part of the Service Victoria offering and then manage the ongoing relationship with the agencies. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, come from a background as a change agent with a career built on evaluatating change impacts, risks and business readiness, and will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, showing resilience in the ambiguity of change. 

This role may be worked remotely from various locations across Victoria, including the potential to work primarily from home.
