What You Will Be Doing

You will be delivering family-sensitive, child centred physiotherapy interventions to address mild-moderate developmental delays and concerns in children birth to pre-school aged children. Your commitment to the social model of health will inform your approach and the range of interventions in which you support client families. You will contribute to an enthusiastic, committed and inclusive multidisciplinary team.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Hold a recognized qualification in physiotherapy and maintain registration with AHPRA.
•Experience providing evidence–based therapy services to children with developmental delays and their families within the community sector including group work.
•Established skills and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged families.
•Commitment to operationalizing the core values/principles of the social model of health.
•Developing leadership skills and commitment to reflective, continuous learning and fostering self-development.
