(56 hrs per fortnight)



Applications are invited from motivated & organised individuals to join our dedicated Dimboola Campus team. This permanent part time position is available for an immediate start and includes working Monday to Friday. This role involves providing excellent customer service to all residents, carers and visitors maintaining professionalism at all times. The successful applicant will provide clerical support as required to the Nurse Unit Manager and Campus Manager.



Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Well-developed telephone etiquette and techniques

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records


 


Desirable:



  • Certificate III Business Administration

  • Previous employment in medical related field

  • Previous medical terminology training
