Work location: Melbourne | Southern Metropolitan

This role provides service delivery and technical expertise for South East Victorian regional corporate end user devices (including laptops, mobile services, MFD services, tablet devices and video conferencing).Duties including: service delivery including work queue monitoring; Service call management with communication primarily via telephone and remote assistance technology within DET service management tools; Maintaining and delivering user training on end user devices and functionality; Collaboratively working with other team members and other teams to resolve specific or systemic issues impacting end user devices; Contributing to maintaining policies, processes, stock management and auditing for end user devices.

There are two positions available.

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated a high level of customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills in addition to strong technical skills (Windows 10,Office 365 & Skype For Business). You will require a current Victorian Drivers Licence as you will need to travel to sites across the region. Experience in a government environment is highly desirable.
