This role provides service delivery, training and technical expertise for corporate customers for end user devices (including laptops, mobile services, MFD services, tablet devices and video conferencing). This role is based in CBD. The role is responsible for: - Customer service delivery, primarily face to face; Service call management; Maintaining and delivering user training on end user devices and functionality; Contributing to maintaining policies, processes, stock management and auditing for end user devices, in accordance with IMTD standards; Other duties as directed.

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated a high level of customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills in addition to strong technical skills (Windows 10,Office 365 & Skype For Business).  Experience in a government environment is highly desirable.
