We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Intensive Care Unit team. Full, Part Time and Casual opportunites are available, to be based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Your Opportunity:

  • Be responsible for helping to maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients, visitors and staff within the ICU

  • As part of a team, provide pressure area care for patients on a regular basis using the Melbourne Health ‘No Lift’ policy

  • Transports patients to wards, CT, MRI etc

  • Assisting the bedside nurse to ensure timely discharge of patients and safe set up for new patients.

About You:

  • Hold a qualification in Certificate III in Health Services Assistance

  • Enthusiastic with an organised approach to working independently and within multi-disciplinary teams

  • Initiative in prioritising workload
