Our Journey

The Atherton rd Community Mental Health Service comprises a multidisciplinary team of case managers including Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Registered Psychiatric Nurses and also supported by a range of Clinicians including Consultant Psychiatrists, Junior Doctors, Patient Transition Co-ordinators and Clinical Psychologists.  We encourage clients to attend the clinic where required and in their own home.  The service aims to provide comprehensive mental health care that considers all aspects of a person’s needs, encouraging the support and involvement of the carer or family members.

About the Role 

As a Case Manager you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to ensure high quality of care is provided to consumers in the service area. We will look to you to provide comprehensive mental health assessments and demonstrate competence in managing complex, mental health issues whilst adjusting to changing priorities.
