What You Will Be Doing

The Clinical Educator – Mental Health (Community) is an integral member of the Peninsula Health Learning Hub team who is able to demonstrate flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on the graduate, post- graduate student and new staff.

The Clinical Educator – Mental Health (Community) works competently within their scope of practice delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice as well as hospital policy and guidelines. This position will participate in the delivery of support services offered by the Learning Hub as well as assist with the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health.

This role is a part time limited contract for two years, perfect for someone wanting flexibility or pursuing other endeavours needing work life balance.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Health Professional qualification and registration as applicable to profession
• Postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership, research or relevant clinical area
• Current and extensive experience working within community mental health settings.
• Prior experience in teaching and supporting learners.
