Classification: HS3
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,836.40
Hours per fortnight: 80 hours with ADO every 4 weeks
Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time (parental leave backfill)

Role Description
As a teaching hospital, Bendigo Health supports the development of our future health workforce through providing high quality health professional student clinical placements. As part of the Clinical Learning and Development team, the Clinical Learning Coordinator leads the coordination and management of clinical placements for undergraduate health professional students and clinical learners. The role involves liaising with key stakeholders to negotiate placement agreements, managing administrative requirements within the Placeright system, and coordinating placement reporting and invoicing.

The Team
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
