Clinical Manager Specialist Clinics

  • Based in Parkville

Your new role

The Clinical Manager is accountable for supporting staff to deliver high quality care and is responsible for managing clinical risk and implementing systems and processes to improve the patient experience and outcomes. You will be responsible for the management of the designated cost centre including human and fiscal resources, performance targets and organisational priorities.

Working closely with the Specialist Clinics leadership team this role will be responsible for supporting operational, quality and financial targets and leading work to improve access, demand and flow within this service.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience and expertise in leading large multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at both a clinical and executive level any concerns that have or could impact safety;

  • Have a passion for innovative care models and excels in leading a multidisciplinary team

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver on education and developmental needs of staff

  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, resourceful and adaptive to change

  • Ability to think strategically and deal with complex problems
