About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide specialist clinical care, advice and support for Community Palliative Care clients and their family/carers.

This role will deliver clinical consultancy for patients within a multidisciplinary framework to support patients with dignity and compassion.

This is a permanent part time (48 hours per fortnight) position.

The successful applicant will hold a current registration with AHPRA as well as relevant qualifications and expereince in Palliative Care. The applicant will have demonstrated understanding of commitment to the principles of patient focused care and patient feedback, whilst upholding the SWH values.
