About the Role We require a highly skilled clinician with clinical education experience and a passion for staff professional development to join the NaMES team as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE). This is a permanent role, and whilst predominately based at our Dandenong Campus, flexibility to work across the organisation to meet the workforce and organisational needs is essential. You will work and liaise independently and also in collaboration with the broader NaMES team, including other CNEs and Clinical Support Nurses (CSNs), you will report directly to the Clinical Education Coordinator. You will liaise closely with Nurse Managers and operations to support and develop learners from all proficiency levels. You will be integral in planning and implementing the education and training across our medical - surgical program and site. Some of your specific accountabilities will include:
About You You hold current registration with AHPRA and relevant post graduate qualifications in a clinical specialty. You have recent education experience, and have either completed, or are working towards postgraduate qualifications in nursing education. You are recent in your clinical practice, with confidence and competence in a medical surgical environment. You are flexible, enthusiastic and committed to developing innovative programs, and will be an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles. What You Need
