Your new role:

• Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities
• Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs & provide high quality patient care
• Contribute to quality and safety and research projects
• Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation

About you:

• You hold current AHPRA registration.
• You have Highly developed interpersonal skills as well as proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• You have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and further develop your clinical pharmacy skills.
• Relevant post graduate qualification is considered desirable, but not necessary.
